The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.
Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Monitor and report on safety performance metrics,



ensuring continuous improvement in safety practices.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external agencies regarding safety compliance and best practices. Required

Skills:
Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role in industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Familiarity with ADIS and PDIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
