Position: HR Executive – Recruitment

Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or any relevant degree
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full time | Work from Office
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring reports.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Support other HR activities, including employee engagement and HR administration.

Required Skills
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
