Sales Executive – Interior Design & Custom Furniture

Vamshi Shikha Design Studio specialises in bespoke interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture. We are looking for a confident, client-focused Sales Executive who can understand customer requirements, communicate the value of our designs and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key responsibilities:
Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and studio visits.
Understand each client’s requirements, budget, project location and expected timelines.
Explain our interior design services, materials, finishes and execution process clearly.
Schedule studio meetings, design consultations and site visits.
Coordinate with the design team to prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain accurate lead records.
Negotiate within approved pricing and terms, close sales and coordinate booking payments.
Build relationships with architects,



builders and property consultants to generate referrals.
Work towards agreed monthly sales targets and share regular progress reports.
Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design and execution teams.

What we are looking for:
Sales experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, building materials or real estate is preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to build trust and guide clients through purchase decisions.
Comfortable communicating in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits across Hyderabad.
An organised, proactive approach and an interest in interior design.
