Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machines used in ice cream production and packaging.
Ensure smooth functioning of machinery during production.
Set up machines and adjust operating settings as required.
Monitor production quality and maintain proper output.
Identify minor machine issues and report technical faults.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and the production area.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Eligibility:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields preferred.
Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is an advantage.
Freshers with basic technical knowledge may also apply.
Ability to work in shifts.
Skills Required:
Basic machine-handling and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.
