JAWA Two-Wheeler Sales Manager

Location: Namakkal

We are looking for an experienced Two-Wheeler Sales Manager to manage JAWA sales operations, lead the sales team, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily JAWA showroom sales operations.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Monitor individual sales performance and prepare daily sales reports.
Maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper follow-up of leads and pending bookings.
Report sales performance and key issues to Management.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.




Experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role preferred.
Valuable communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Solid team-handling and leadership abilities.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
JAWA or premium two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage.
Valid Driving Licence preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
