Quantity Surveyor – Architecture & Interiors
Experience: 4+ years
What you’ll do
Take quantities from drawings and prepare detailed BOQs and estimates for civil and interior works
Prepare rate analysis and tender documents, and compare contractor quotations
Check and certify contractor bills, and track variations
Support cost planning and value engineering during design
What we’re looking for
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
3+ years of relevant QS experience, preferably on both building and interiors projects
Proficiency in Google Sheet, Excel and AutoCAD
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
