Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Advocate to manage the company's legal matters, with a primary focus on land procurement, title verification, land registration, legal due diligence, and obtaining necessary legal clearances for solar and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle land procurement, purchase, and lease-related legal activities.
Verify land titles, ownership records, parent documents, encumbrances, and pending disputes.
Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.
Coordinate land registration and documentation with Sub-Registrar Offices and revenue authorities.
Identify land-use restrictions and coordinate required legal clearances and statutory approvals.
Handle legal notices, litigation, contractual disputes, and corporate legal matters.
Provide legal advice to management and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain land records, legal documents,



and due diligence reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience
LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
Enrolled with the applicable State Bar Council.
3–7 years of relevant experience in legal practice.
Practical knowledge of land procurement, title verification, registration procedures, and property laws.
Familiarity with Tamil Nadu land records, including Patta, Chitta, FMB, and Encumbrance Certificates.
Solid legal drafting, documentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred: Experience in solar, renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
