Position: Senior Staff Nurse – Ward

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Previous experience in ward management or team supervision is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff in the assigned ward.
Ensure quality nursing care and patient safety.
Monitor patients' health conditions and coordinate timely medical interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain nursing records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
Ensure proper infection control and hospital safety protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists.




Manage duty allocation, shift handovers, and staff performance.
Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally.

Eligibility
Robust clinical and leadership skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage nursing teams and emergency situations.
Knowledge of hospital protocols and nursing standards.
