Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, guide, and manage salon staff and their performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Drive sales, achieve monthly revenue targets, and promote salon services and packages.
Manage appointments, billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
Monitor inventory, product usage, and stock replenishment.
Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and proper duty allocation.

Required Skills
Experience in salon or beauty industry management.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Sales-oriented approach with target achievement capabilities.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
