Roles & Responsibilities
Raw Material Handling & Quality Control
Check raw materials according to company quality standards.
Verify moisture content in bags during unloading.
Inspect polybag quality during material receipt.
Monitor protected loading and unloading operations.
Drying Yard & Warehouse Management
Manage drying yard operations as per company standards.
Ensure proper stacking, drying, and movement of bags.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Production & Reporting
Report daily work status, production details, and issues to the Intake Manager.
Maintain records of raw material intake,



moisture levels, and drying activities.
Shift Planning & Labour Management
Allocate shifts and labour for stocking and drying operations.
Ensure sufficient manpower and proper task allocation.
Monitor labour productivity and timely completion of work.
Health & Safety
Ensure workers follow safety rules and procedures.
Check that workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Promote safe working practices in the warehouse and drying yard.
Training & Supervision
Guide and train labourers on their duties and material-handling procedures.
Monitor workers and ensure proper execution of tasks.
Housekeeping & Discipline
Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and protected at the end of every shift.
Follow company policies and support audits and compliance activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
