Key Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections for civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
Ensure the quality of materials used at the site through inspections and testing.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain construction quality.
Identify quality issues, deviations, and defects, and ensure timely corrective action.
Maintain quality control documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and checklists.
Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, project specifications, and construction standards.
Conduct inspections at different stages of construction and ensure work is approved before proceeding to the next stage.
Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement practices at the site.
