Hiring: Project Manager – Civil (Building Construction)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise building construction projects from foundation to finishing.
Handle piling, basement, excavation, foundation, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works.
Supervise brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities.
Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, labour, and materials.
Handle estimation, BOQ, quantity surveying, measurements, and RA bills.




Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and material consumption.
Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with clients and consultants.

Required Skills:
5–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction execution, estimation, billing, and site management.
Positive leadership, planning, and team management skills.
