Ithis Hospital, Malappuram, Kerala is looking for a skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Casualty / Emergency Department team.

Position: Staff Nurse – Casualty
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM
Registration: Valid Kerala Nursing & Midwifery Council registration
Location: Kizhakkethala, Malappuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate and quality nursing care to emergency and casualty patients.
Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures and treatments.
Handle emergency cases, trauma and critical patients efficiently.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist in CPR and other emergency resuscitation procedures.
Prepare and maintain emergency equipment and supplies.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.




Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, radiology and other departments.
Provide appropriate care and support to patients and attendants.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and maintain a calm approach under pressure.

Requirements
B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration.
Experience in Casualty / Emergency Department preferred.
Positive knowledge of emergency nursing procedures and basic life support.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty.
Positive communication, teamwork and patient-handling skills.
Responsible, attentive and compassionate approach to patient care.

Salary: As per experience and qualification.
