Receive used surgical instruments and medical equipment from various departments.
Perform cleaning and decontamination of instruments using approved methods.
Ensure proper segregation and handling of contaminated instruments.
Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, and functionality before packing.
Perform proper packing, labelling, and preparation of instruments for sterilization.
Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment as per established SOPs.
Monitor and record physical, chemical, and biological indicators of sterilization.
Maintain sterilization cycle records and equipment maintenance logs.
Ensure proper storage and distribution of sterilized instruments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the CSSD department.




Follow infection prevention and control practices and biomedical waste management guidelines.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling contaminated materials.
Report equipment malfunction, sterilization failures, and other deviations to the CSSD in charge.
Maintain stock of sterilization materials, packing materials, and consumables.
Ensure traceability of sterilized items and maintain necessary documentation.
Participate in departmental training, audits, and quality improvement activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
