WHAT WILL YOU OWN
Business Growth: Drive revenue through new business opportunities and strategic sales.
College Partnerships: Build robust connections with colleges, universities and placement departments.
Corporate Tie-ups: Bring corporate training, upskilling and workforce development opportunities.




Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and drive the performance of the business development team.
Deal Closing: Own negotiations, presentations, proposals and business closures.
Market Expansion: Identify new markets, explore opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Revenue Targets: Take ownership of monthly and quarterly business targets.

YOU'RE A OUTSTANDING FIT IF YOU HAVE
3–7 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
Experience in EdTech, Education, Training or Skill Development.
A proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
