Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and qualified Customer Relationship Executive with strong calling, customer support, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
Explain product features, usage, pricing, and advantages clearly.
Resolve customer concerns and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Manage orders from confirmation to delivery, including address collection and verification.
Maintain customer records and coordinate delivery follow-ups.

Required Skills:
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.
Excellent communication, convincing skills, and qualified telephone etiquette.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Good presence of mind, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
