Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Consultant to counsel clients, explain clinic services, and convert enquiries into appointments and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable treatments and service packages.
Explain services, packages, and pricing to prospective clients.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment conversions.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with experience in counselling, jewellery shops, salons, or educational institutes are preferred.
Customer service and sales experience will be an advantage.
Work Schedule: Sunday working; weekly off on a weekday.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
