Job Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and clients.
Handle quantity calculations, measurements, and billing documentation.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
Verify subcontractor bills and client bills as per approved drawings and site measurements.
Coordinate with site engineers, planning engineers, and project teams for billing-related activities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Monitor project quantities, work progress, and billing status.
Ensure proper documentation of measurement sheets, work orders, and invoices.
Handle reconciliation of materials and quantities.
Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of Civil Engineering measurements and estimation.
Experience in RA Billing and Final Billing.
Knowledge of BOQ, BBS, and Rate Analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in high-rise building construction.
Knowledge of Mivan shuttering projects will be an added advantage.
Construction / Infrastructure industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
