Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a solid background in core hiring to join our HR team at Catalyst Education, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to source and hire suitable candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Manage recruitment for both junior-level and senior-level positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.




Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Mandatory experience in core hiring.
Robust knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Candidates based in or willing to work in Kochi.
