Job Title: Site Head – Cable / FRP Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Head to manage overall plant operations in the Cable / FRP (Fibre Plant) industry, ensuring smooth production, effective maintenance, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including Production, Maintenance, and Quality.
Ensure achievement of production targets and optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure product quality, safety standards, and compliance with operational procedures.
Lead and manage site teams to improve productivity and operational performance.




Coordinate with senior management to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve plant efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Engineering Degree / B.Sc. / Diploma.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the Cable / FRP (Fibre Plant) industry.
Expertise: Production, Maintenance, and Quality Management.
Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle overall site operations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
