Job Responsibilities
Find and recruit labourers according to the company's manpower requirements.
Visit local areas, labour markets, and other locations to find suitable workers.
Contact labourers and explain job responsibilities, salary, and working conditions.
Coordinate with labourers regarding joining dates and reporting to the factory.
Maintain records of recruited workers and their joining details.
Coordinate with the HR department to fulfil daily manpower requirements.
Follow up with candidates to ensure they join the company on time.

Requirements
Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel locally for labour recruitment.
Ability to communicate with workers and maintain good relationships.
Responsible, hardworking, and target-oriented.

Salary & Advantages
