Unit Name / Location: Kusauto India Private Limited, Chennai.

Job description:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
Experience in handling various types of manufacturing machinery and assembly lines.
Knowledge of blow moulding and injection moulding processes will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Allocate and distribute workloads to operators to achieve daily production targets.
Prepare and implement action plans to improve production efficiency and optimize manpower utilization against standard cycle times.
Monitor hourly production and ensure adherence to FIFO practices.




Ensure effective and accurate utilization of manpower.
Monitor process parameters and maintain proper documentation and discipline on the shop floor.
Analyze daily material consumption and prepare production reports.
Implement 5S practices and ensure regular follow-up.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma - 4 Years of Experience / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - 2 Years of Experience With automobile sector

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
