We're Hiring – Scrum Master

Experience: 10–12 Years

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Office-based

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Manage backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint execution, and release planning.
Coach and mentor teams on Scrum, Kanban, Protected, and Agile best practices.
Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and delivery predictability.
Identify and resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and delivery reporting.
Manage Jira boards, dashboards, and Agile reporting.




Support resource planning, capacity management, and cross-team coordination.
Drive continuous improvement and build high-performing, self-organizing teams.

Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Secure.
Expertise in Jira and Agile metrics.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
