Job Title: Office In-Charge – Operations & Administration
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and documentation.
Coordinate with site supervisors, employees, and clients.
Track ongoing projects, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and service reports.
Follow up on client approvals, pending payments, and project updates.
Maintain attendance, records, and daily operational reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between the office, site teams, and management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
