6–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads.
Robust hands-on knowledge of Google Ads is mandatory.
Must have extensive experience in Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns.
Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, budget management, optimization, and conversion tracking.
Ability to independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Robust understanding of lead generation,



conversion optimization, and ROI improvement.
Experience in managing advertising budgets and achieving campaign targets.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience in team management and client coordination is preferred. Important: We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong practical Google Ads expertise. Candidates must be capable of independently handling Google Ads campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and performance reporting.
