Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the hospital.
Handle complaints and escalations independently and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift allocation and leave schedules.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
Ensure proper cleaning practices and adherence to hospital hygiene standards.
Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping requirements.

Requirements
Prior experience in handling and supervising housekeeping staff will be an advantage.
Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staff schedules and resolve escalations independently.
Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a hospital setting.

Qualification: Any degree or relevant qualification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
