Hiring: Manager / Lead – Microbiology | Formulation & API

We are looking for an experienced Microbiology Manager to lead microbiology operations for a Formulation & API facility manufacturing Hormonal, High-Potency Drugs and Oral Contraceptives.

Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Pharmaceutical Microbiology

CTC: Up to 18 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Microbiology Laboratory Operations for Formulation & API.
Manage microbiological testing, Environmental Monitoring and Water Monitoring programs.
Ensure timely testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability and cleaning validation samples.
Lead OOS, deviations, laboratory incidents, investigations, RCA and CAPA.
Review SOPs, specifications, protocols, validation studies,



reports and trend analyses.
Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and applicable pharmacopeial/regulatory requirements.
Drive inspection readiness and support regulatory/customer audits.
Ensure effective utilization of LIMS/SAP and compliance of laboratory equipment.
Lead, coach and develop the Microbiology team.

Candidate Requirements
M.Sc. Microbiology
Minimum 15 years experience
Experience in both Formulation & API facilities
Solid Environmental & Water Monitoring experience
Solid investigation, OOS, CAPA and regulatory compliance exposure
Team-management experience
