Create and modify 2D and 3D models, mechanical components and assemblies using Autocad and SolidWorks.
Develop mechanical designs for stainless-steel storage tanks, fermentation tanks, process vessels, mixing

vessels, skids and customized process equipment.
Develop equipment layouts and assemblies based on project specifications and engineering inputs.
Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), part lists, material specifications and engineering

documentation.
Prepare mechanical enquiry sheets / datasheets for process equipment based on project requirements and

process inputs.
Prepare enquiry sheets for equipment and components such as pumps, Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE), filters,

pressure safety valves and vacuum safety valves.
Define and compile relevant technical parameters in enquiry sheets, coordinate technical inputs with

process/project teams and issue documents to vendors for quotation.
Review vendor technical offers and drawings against enquiry requirements and provide technical

comments/clarifications.




Support technical comparison and evaluation of vendor quotations and assist in technical bid analysis where

required.
Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications, equipment specifications, deviations, drawings and

document submissions.
Coordinate closely with fabrication and production teams to ensure design manufacturability and resolve

drawing/design-related issues.
Support equipment development, inspection, testing, installation and commissioning with engineering

clarifications.
Review existing designs and implement engineering changes, improvements, standardization.
Maintain drawing revisions and ensure engineering documents are released accurately and within project

timelines.
Coordinate with Process Engineering, Project, Production, Fabrication, Quality, Procurement and Installation
