Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Logistics positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
Manage candidate documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Experience in US Logistics, or international recruitment will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Willing to work from office in Mohali.
