Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business for web and app development services in the US and international markets
Find leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, email outreach and cold calling
Run client discovery calls and understand project requirements
Prepare custom proposals, estimates and timelines with the technical team




Negotiate and close deals, and build long-term client relationships
Maintain pipeline and activity records in the CRM
Meet monthly targets for leads, meetings and revenue

Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT services business development, ideally web or app development
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Upwork or other bidding portals are a plus
Good understanding of tech stacks (WordPress, Shopify, React, MERN, PHP and similar)
Robust proposal writing and negotiation skills
Excellent English communication skills and strong confidence with international clients
Comfortable working night shifts on a fixed basis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
