Position: Medical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall clinical and administrative operations of the hospital.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
Supervise medical, nursing, and allied healthcare teams to maintain high standards of patient care.
Monitor quality indicators, patient safety initiatives, infection control, and clinical audits.
Coordinate with all departments for smooth hospital operations.
Manage medico-legal cases and ensure accurate medical documentation.
Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and clinical protocols.
Oversee doctor credentialing, duty rosters, and performance management.
Address patient grievances and drive patient satisfaction initiatives.
Lead accreditation, quality improvement,
and regulatory compliance activities.
Qualification:
Essential: MBBS
Preferred: MD/MS or MBA in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management (or equivalent).
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in hospital administration, preferably in a Medical Superintendent or similar leadership role.
Skills Required:
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid organizational and operational management skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
