Role Description

Position: Account Executive – Accounting & GST

Employment Type: Full time

Work Mode: In office

Experience: 2–3 years

Rajesh Builders is looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support its accounting operations, GST compliance and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, practical experience with GST-related work and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.
Assist with GST calculations, return preparation and filing.
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices and expense records.




Reconcile accounts, vendor statements and GST records.
Assist with bank reconciliations and periodic financial reports.
Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on accounting and taxation matters.
Support other accounting and compliance activities as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance.
Working knowledge of GST returns, invoicing, reconciliations and basic taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines and handle financial information responsibly.
