We need a competent Manager - HR & Administration to handle the following activities
Update and create the Personell and HR records as per Statutory Requirements
Maintain the records with issue of Offer Letter, Pre-joining Toolkit, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter or Extension of Probation Letter, Fixed Employment Contracts, Termination Letter or Extension Letter on completion of the Contract Period.
Maintain the records related to ESIC, Employee Compensation Insurance, EPF, Health Check-ups as per Factory Act, Bonus, Minimum Wages etc.
Setting up a proper system for screening of Biodata/CV before interview, Pre-interview to narrow down list of candidates, Written Testing of Competence of Candidates, Organising Final Interviews.
Preparation of Competence Matrix for all existing and prospective employees
Preparation of Skills Matrix, Identification of Training Needs, and organising Training and evaluation of Training provided.
Setting up an Objective and unbiased Performance Appraisal System for all employees




Setting up an Objective KRAs system and incentive pay linked to KRAs.
Knowledge of ESOPs and capability to set up ESOP system would be an added advantage.

In Administrative Work, we expect the candidates to have some knowledge and capacity to address the following
Understanding of the ISO 9001 systems to take over the role of Management Representative (MR)
Knowledge of the various statutory compliances expected from an manufacturing business and capability to keep a track of the compliances and also do some of the compliances for the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
