Position: Civil Engineer – Property Valuation
Location: channaraypatna and Channagiri
Experience: 0 – 5 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering/ITI Civil
Job Type: Part time / Freelance (on a per-assignment basis)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property site inspections and verify land/building details
Perform measurements and boundary verification using FMB sketches
Assess land value and estimate construction costs
Compare Government Guideline Value with market rates
Prepare valuation reports for bank loan processing
Candidate Requirements:
Basic knowledge of civil and property-related concepts
Willingness to travel for field visits
Positive communication and reporting skills
Freshers with strong interest in property valuation can also apply
