Job Description
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and annual business agreements with key customers.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular business updates to management.
Build solid relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account profitability
