Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Safety, Health, and Setting (SHE/HSE) Plan in line with DJB requirements and statutory regulations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as Factory Act, BOCW Act, IS Codes, and local safety regulations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Identify hazards related to excavation, trenching, confined spaces, pipeline works, lifting operations, and traffic management.
Ensure proper use of PPE and protected work practices at all project sites.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
