We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our energetic team in Coimbatore, India. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and qualified networks
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
Attend job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand and source candidates
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
