We are looking for a senior Business Finance leader for our Bengaluru location, with 10+ years of relevant experience and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation (mandatory). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering, with demonstrated ownership of P&L; performance and the ability to partner directly with the CFO and CEO.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in P&L; management, revenue analysis, cost optimisation, pricing, contribution margins and profitability improvement.
Experience tracking business performance against AOP and budgets, identifying financial gaps and driving corrective actions.
Solid understanding of taxation, cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
Experience evaluating business cases, commercial opportunities, pricing decisions and growth initiatives.
Prior experience managing a team and influencing senior business stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Candidates from education, services, D2C, e-commerce or other high-growth businesses are preferred.
