An Import Export Executive manages foreign trade, international shipments, custom compliance, and trade documentation for a business.

Core Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing: Need to do product marketing in foreign market and develop sales into different region
Documentation: Prepare and check commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Bills of Entry, and shipping bills via portals like ICEGATE or DGFT.
Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHAs), shipping lines, and transport agencies to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Customs Compliance: Ensure all imports and exports align with foreign trade policies, HTS/HS codes, duty structures, and regional regulations.
Shipment Tracking: Track cargo from origin to final destination and resolve delays, port charges, or container detention issues.




Record Keeping: Maintain centralized files for audits, accounting reconciliation, and vendor communication.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Experience: Typically, 1 to 5 years in EXIM operations, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.

Key Skills:
Knowledge of Incoterms, DGFT guidelines, and duty drawback schemes
Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, and advanced Excel
Robust communication and vendor negotiation abilities
Robust Sales Skills in foreign trade

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
