Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting suitable eyeglass frames and lenses.
Explain different types of lenses, frames, and optical products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle optical sales and customer enquiries.
Maintain product displays and stock records.
Ensure a positive and skilled customer experience.
Coordinate with the optical and hospital teams.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of optical products is an advantage.
Interest in sales and customer service.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Previous experience in optical sales or retail sales is preferred.
