Key Responsibilities
Concept to Silhouette
Research emerging trends, mood boards, color palettes, and craft stories to develop seasonal collections aligned with Earthwear’s design ph ilosophy. Technical Detailing & Spec Sheets
Develop technical sketches, measurement charts, and comprehensive tech packs for sampling and producti on teams. Textiles & embroidery Development
Work closely with craft clusters, weavers, fabric vendors and embroiderers to source, sample, and develop relevant fabrics and hand embr oideries.



Sampling & Fit Approvals
Oversee sample development from proto to final fit stage; mark corrections meticulously, and problem-solve garment construction challenges with master pattern makers and tailors. Production Coordination
Act as the creative bridge between design and production execution, ensuring zero compromise on detailing, trims, finishings, and delivery t imelines. Visual presentation and Cataloging
Ensure proper cataloging and maintenance of database of fabrics and embroideries worked with, and support visual merchandising briefs to ensure narrative consistency across retail and digital tou chpoints. Qualifications Required: Education
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a related field from an accredited design i nstitute. Experience Level
Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience or more. A formal degree is mandatory, but prior corporate experience is not—we value talent, raw creative vision and a solid wor k ethic. Aesthetic Alignment
A portfolio demonstrating a solid visual sensibility for minimalist, earthy, and up-to-date artisanal apparel.
