Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for residential high-rise and multi-storey projects.
Analyse architectural, structural, and finishing drawings to calculate material quantities.
Prepare rate analysis, budget estimates, tender documents, and project cost comparisons.
Estimate costs for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and other civil finishing works.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams for costing and budgeting.
Prepare client quotations, tender submissions, and variation claims.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of civil estimation, costing, BOQ preparation,



and quantity surveying.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; estimation software knowledge is preferred.
Knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and subcontractor costing.
Solid analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Candidate Requirements
8–10 years of relevant experience in civil estimation and costing.
Residential high-rise construction experience candidate preferred.
Ability to independently prepare estimates from drawings and specifications.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
