We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive & a Tender Manager with solid hands-on exposure to the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, documentation, coordination, and timely submission of bids across government and private platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze tenders on GeM portal, e-procurement portals, and other tender platforms
Handle end-to-end tendering process including bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-ups
Prepare and manage technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements
Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete and accurate documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, legal, etc.) for required inputs
Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and results
Maintain tender records, reports, and MIS




Handle post-tender activities such as order processing and compliance documentation

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in GeM for handling Tenders.
Robust working experience on GeM portal is mandatory
Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures
Good understanding of bid documentation and compliance requirements
Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling multiple tenders simultaneously
Ability to work under strict timelines
Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
