About the Role

We are hiring an organized Supply Chain Executive to handle daily purchasing, vendor follow-ups, and data management at our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities
Create purchase orders using sales and stock data
Maintain purchasing records, pricing, and vendor files
Enter, verify, and manage supplier invoices
Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, shortages, and pricing
Find and fix pricing, quantity, and invoice discrepancies
Prepare regular reports using MS Excel

Requirements
Solid Excel and data-entry skills




Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Previous experience in purchasing, retail, wholesale, or FMCG is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
