Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation / Control Systems Engineer with robust hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems. The ideal candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle—from system design and programming to site commissioning and client coordination. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work at client sites.

Key Responsibilities
PLC, SCADA, and DCS programming, configuration, and testing
Automation system design, including FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Project execution and coordination at client sites
Site installation, commissioning, and start-up activities
Instrumentation installation, calibration, and loop checking
Automation testing, troubleshooting, and system validation




Preparation of technical documentation and project reports as per requirements

Technical Skills & Requirements
Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent
Knowledge of SCADA systems including WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, iFix, or similar
Familiarity with DCS platforms such as ABB, Emerson, Honeywell, or Yokogawa (preferred)
Understanding of industrial communication protocols:
Modbus
Profibus
Profinet
Ethernet/IP
Hands-on experience with instrumentation:
Sensors
Transmitters
Control valves
Solid troubleshooting and commissioning skills
Hands-on site experience is a robust advantage

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹820,000.00 per year
