Job Overview

We are hiring Tamil Voice Process Executives to join our customer support team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have valuable Tamil communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.

Qualification:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Pass Certificate is mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls in Tamil.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate clearly and politely with customers.
Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Positive verbal communication skills in Tamil.




Basic computer knowledge.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Perks
Take-home salary: ₹14,000 per month.
Shift: Day shift.
Working days: 6 days per week.
Weekly off: One rotational day off.
