Job Title: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

Catalyst Education is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and joining dates.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.




Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Solid knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
Valuable organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage the complete hiring process independently are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
