Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, track attendance, and process leave applications.
Payroll & Compliance: Support monthly payroll inputs and ensure adherence to labor laws.
Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances, onboarding, and engagement programs.
General Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of HR experience.
Skills: Solid communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with HR software (HRIS/HRMS).
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
