We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer with 3–7+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise civil construction activities.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors and site teams.
Review and understand structural, architectural and construction drawings.
Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor RCC, concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
Check site measurements, quantities, levels and dimensions.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate manpower, material procurement and vendor requirements.
Track project progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Identify technical issues and coordinate with consultants and management for solutions.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and safety practices.
Coordinate between the office,



design team and site team for smooth project execution.

Requirements
Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3–7+ years in civil construction and site execution.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
Tamil-speaking candidates preferred
Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willing to work at different site locations across Chennai.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
