Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST and TDS compliance, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles and experience working with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Assist in TDS calculations, return preparation, and filing.
Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
Support income tax return preparation and related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain client records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary financial information.




Coordinate with clients regarding accounting documents and compliance requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and statutory compliance tasks.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
Good communication and client coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client accounts.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with relevant accounting experience in a CA firm will be preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a Chartered Accountant firm.
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
